Job Duties

  • Creates a pleasant first impression for guests upon their arrival to the front lobby
  • Responds to resident, family and co-worker concerns in a timely manner
  • Assists in maintaining the front office functions and ensures they are run in a smooth and organized manner
  • Answers phone calls and greets residents and guests
  • Maintains lobby areas and takes care of any resident service or amenities needed
  • Supports front office operations with administrative tasks
  • Communicates effectively with clients, coworkers and management
