Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Prior clerical or administrative work experience
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite and internet applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
  • Providing an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts
  • Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries and the coordination of visitors
  • Performing general clerical and light administrative duties
  • Ensuring residents' privacy, rights and safety is maintained at all times
  • Managing visitor coordination and communications effectively
  • Supporting marketing and sales activities with accurate information
