Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or concierge experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
- Availability to work overnight shifts including weekends and flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
- Must be able to complete administrative clerical tasks
- Must be able to walk the premises for monitoring purposes
- Ability to detect auditory and visual emergency alarms
- Must be able to handle physical demands of the job
- Occasional overtime availability
Job Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Command of information system hardware/software is preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building
- Ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend board meetings
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs

Job Duties
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Meets and greets residents
- Checks guests and service providers in/out
- Understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
- Monitors and operates electronic security control systems
- Maintains daily logs, records, and forms
- Assists with general concierge and administrative clerical work including Word and Excel tasks
- Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
- Monitors and controls access to the building
- Resolves and follows up on complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
- Helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
- Understands and completes all required forms
- May be assigned other duties by supervisor
