Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service or concierge experience preferred
  • Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
  • Availability to work overnight shifts including weekends and flexible hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
  • Must be able to complete administrative clerical tasks
  • Must be able to walk the premises for monitoring purposes
  • Ability to detect auditory and visual emergency alarms
  • Must be able to handle physical demands of the job
  • Occasional overtime availability

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Command of information system hardware/software is preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms

  • Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building
  • Ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend board meetings

Job Duties

  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • Meets and greets residents
  • Checks guests and service providers in/out
  • Understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
  • Monitors and operates electronic security control systems
  • Maintains daily logs, records, and forms
  • Assists with general concierge and administrative clerical work including Word and Excel tasks
  • Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
  • Monitors and controls access to the building
  • Resolves and follows up on complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
  • Helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
  • Understands and completes all required forms
  • May be assigned other duties by supervisor
