Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- minimum 2 years experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role
- knowledge of computer software programs used in the industry
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to create a luxury lifestyle environment that is enjoyable and secure
- willingness to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends
- physical ability to perform job tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds frequently
- discretion and professionalism
- ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- AA or BA strongly preferred
- minimum 2 years experience working in the hospitality industry in a similar role
- knowledgeable with computer software commonly used in the hospitality industry
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- creativity and passion for creating a luxury, fun, and safe lifestyle for residents
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- assist front office manager with training new team members
- ensure customer needs are met by providing directions and suggestions for restaurants and travel
- arrange special requests including airline reservations, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, tickets to events, golf outings, tours, and delivery of flowers and baskets
- coordinate special events and projects as assigned
- provide information on local area and arrange sightseeing tours
- conduct all concierge services with professionalism and integrity
- respect residents' privacy and priorities
- establish relationships with local merchants and service providers
- maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
- communicate residents and guest concerns promptly to management
- arrange move-ins and move-outs with management approval
- receive and log lost and found items
- maintain records for all incoming and outgoing packages
- assist with newsletter mailings and posting memos
- prepare weekly activity reports
- review daily calendars, updates, and reservation sheets to assist members intelligently
