Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 5 years of job-related experience
- prior supervisory or shift manager experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to handle complex problems and sensitive information professionally
- availability to work Monday through Friday with possible shift adjustments
- self-motivated and well-organized
- excellent customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of job-related experience
- prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred
- in-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function
- basic knowledge of related job functions
- expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- excellent organizational skills
- strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
Job Duties
- be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
- greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- record and log service requests and track the statuses
- provide administrative aid to management as needed
- arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor
- respond to requests in a timely manner
- deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
