Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum 5 years of job-related experience
  • prior supervisory or shift manager experience preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to handle complex problems and sensitive information professionally
  • availability to work Monday through Friday with possible shift adjustments
  • self-motivated and well-organized
  • excellent customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of job-related experience
  • prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred
  • in-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function
  • basic knowledge of related job functions
  • expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • excellent organizational skills
  • strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts

Job Duties

  • be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
  • greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • record and log service requests and track the statuses
  • provide administrative aid to management as needed
  • arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor
  • respond to requests in a timely manner
  • deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
