  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
  • gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area
  • answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest call or request
  • review shift logs and document pertinent information
  • monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
