  • Previous concierge experience required

  • Knowledge of the surrounding area and attractions
  • Proficiency with Property Management Systems and related computer programs
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Job Duties

  • Go above and beyond guests expectations by providing assistance and services for guests to ensure pleasurable accommodations
  • Arrange bookings and reconfirm airline tickets
  • Be fully acquainted with different points of interests
  • Assist in arranging restaurant reservations and limousines as required by guests
  • Ensure delivery of parcels, mail, special deliveries to guest rooms
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the public lobby area partnering with housekeeping department
  • Accept other special duties as required by management
  • Set up amenities for guests celebrating special occasions
  • Set up special packages including pre-calls from concierge and specialized amenities
  • Interact with other departments to ensure guest needs are satisfied
  • Speak with guests in a friendly, warm manner making them feel welcome
  • Proactively seek ways to improve the hotel experience for guests
  • Handle special requests such as flowers, telegrams, rental cars, forwarding luggage, private car services
