Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required
- Successful completion of all Atria specified training programs
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to work various schedules and shifts as needed
- Ability to operate telephone, emergency call system, monitoring board, photocopier
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required
- Strong communication skills including reading, writing, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic operations
- Competency in following detailed instructions and solving routine problems
- Able to work flexible schedules and various shifts
- Proficient in operating telephones, emergency call systems, monitoring boards, and photocopiers
Job Duties
- Serves as point of contact for all resident requests and telephone calls except emergencies
- Coordinates services for residents and family members including dry cleaning, grocery delivery, reservations, and transportation
- Maintains high standards of customer service by addressing residents' concerns promptly
- Provides information about local stores, attractions, and services
- Ensures lobby and common areas are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained
- Coordinates community transportation schedule, including medical appointments and outings
- Acts as liaison between dining room and residents, managing reservations and RSVPs
- Supervises front desk reception staff and drivers, provides coverage for security and receptionist roles
- May drive company vehicle to transport residents to social and medical destinations
- Performs other duties as assigned
