Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three years related experience and/or training
- basic First Aid and CPR certification where required
- must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs
- able to work various schedules and shifts as needed
- able to operate telephone, emergency call system, monitoring board or beeper, photocopier
- able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
- able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

Job Duties
- Serves as point of contact for all resident requests and telephone calls except those of an emergency nature
- coordinates services for residents and their family members
- maintains extremely high standards of customer service
- answers questions regarding local stores, attractions and services
- ensures that the lobby area and first floor common areas and restrooms are at all times clean and welcoming
- coordinates the community's transportation schedule
- serves as a liaison between the dining room and residents
- may supervise the front desk reception staff and drivers
- may drive company vehicle from community to social and other various destinations
- may perform other duties as assigned
