Job Requirements
- Completed high school diploma or GED
- must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
- strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift
- ability to move or lift objects up to 80 lbs
- valid driver's license and ability to meet Tarian driving guidelines if applicable
- availability to work varied hours including occasional evening and weekend shifts
Job Qualifications

- previous work experience with the public in a service setting
- ability to maintain any applicable licenses or certifications

Job Duties
- Greet residents and visitors providing an at-home feel to the lobby area
- manage requests from residents and visitors
- provide tours to prospective residents
- answer telephone calls with a positive spirit
- maintain daily logs and forms
- uphold Tarian's commitment to safety and security
- serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
