Job Requirements

Completed high school diploma or GED
must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift
ability to move or lift objects up to 80 lbs
valid driver's license and ability to meet Tarian driving guidelines if applicable
availability to work varied hours including occasional evening and weekend shifts

Job Qualifications

Completed high school diploma or GED

previous work experience with the public in a service setting
ability to maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
effective communication skills
ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Job Duties

Greet residents and visitors providing an at-home feel to the lobby area
manage requests from residents and visitors
provide tours to prospective residents
answer telephone calls with a positive spirit
maintain daily logs and forms
uphold Tarian's commitment to safety and security
serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities
perform other job-related duties as assigned
