As a Concierge at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will serve as the initial point of contact for residents, family members, vendors, and guests visiting the community. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 2 pm to 11 pm, requiring a reliable, professional individual who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and hospitality. Your role will involve greeting visitors warmly, managing multi-line phone systems, efficiently handling inquiries, and supporting various administrative functions. You are expected to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate empathy while working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

This role demands excellent organizational skills to manage tasks such as logging and distributing packages, coordinating transportation and events for residents, and ensuring the secure use of the community's access system. You will also collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication and respond appropriately during emergencies, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents at all times. The position requires a clear verbal and written communication ability in English and proficiency in MS Office applications. A high school diploma or equivalent is a minimum qualification along with demonstrated professional phone etiquette and administrative skills.

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly
  • Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
  • Address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity
  • Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication
  • Monitor community access by ensuring proper use of the kiosk sign-in process and respond to emergency situations according to company policy and procedure
  • Schedule resident transportation, coordinate resident trips, manage event and guest meal reservations, and assist with event setup as needed
