Responsibilities for the Concierge include maintaining a neat and professional appearance, answering guest inquiries both in person and via phone, managing ticket admissions, and assisting guests with special needs. Furthermore, the Concierge helps keep the venue clean and organized, supports teammates as needed, and stays informed on current and upcoming movie programming and special events. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle monetary transactions accurately, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to execute light lifting and transport items medium distances, up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods
- Operates POS entry using touchscreen devices
- Ability to move with caution and operate in a busy/sometimes loud environment
Job Qualifications
- Holds a passion for the cinematic experience
- Ability to operate POS
- Ability to stand/walk at least 8-10 hours at a time
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and clean frequently
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to guests
Job Duties
- Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines
- Maintain a cheerful, courteous disposition with neat, clean, and professional attire
- Greet guests upon entering and departing the venue
- Answer phone and respond to questions and/or direct calls to the appropriate place
- Keep Managers fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance - take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action that may be taken
- Keep lobby clean and free of clutter
- Keep up-to-speed on current and upcoming movies and all special events at the venue
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk
- Maintain stocking levels of necessary supplies
- Process admission tickets to guests
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer - handle all in-venue ticket transactions
- Provide assistance to guests' special needs, such as helping those with disabilities
- Direct guest traffic within the venue
- Champion and adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Team player, assisting other teammates as needed or when business needs dictate
