This role focuses on organizing, coordinating, and implementing various resident services and programs at Greystar-managed communities, acting as an essential information source and support system for residents concerning local market resources. The Resident Services Coordinator serves a critical function by greeting prospects and residents, managing communication channels such as phone calls and in-person inquiries, and ensuring that the leasing office and clubhouse areas maintain a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to enhancing resident experience through assistance with amenity management, scheduling events, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining detailed local area information relevant to residents. Physical demands of the role include the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; perform various physical tasks such as bending, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering weights up to 25 pounds independently, or 50 pounds with assistance; and operate under variable weather conditions. A flexible work schedule is also necessary, with availability required for evenings, weekends, and holidays to respond to resident needs and participate in programming. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Capability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
- Capacity to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to travel rarely for training, meetings, or assisting other properties
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to take call duties during non-standard hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for managing schedules and communication

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
- Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with service request call backs
- Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensure proper payment and cleanliness for guest arrivals, and coordinate the loading dock or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
- Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community-provided services
- Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
