This role focuses on organizing, coordinating, and implementing a variety of resident services and programs, serving as an essential information resource for residents regarding local market resources. The position is designed to enhance the resident experience by providing timely assistance and support to prospects and current residents alike. Responsibilities include greeting prospects and residents in leasing areas, managing communication channels such as phone calls, and assisting with service request callbacks. The associate also maintains scheduling for guest suites and coordinates move-in and move-out logistics through managing loading dock and elevator schedules.

Additionally, the role ensures that clubhouse amenities are maintained in pristine condition prior to office opening hours. The associate manages all package deliveries by logging arrival information and promptly notifying residents within 24 hours about their packages. Tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community-provided services are meticulously maintained. Collaboration with the community team to plan and organize resident activities and programs is a key function of this role, creating engaging experiences that foster community connection. Furthermore, the associate maintains detailed information about local businesses such as restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and sustains relationships with concierge vendors to provide residents with comprehensive local insights.

Physical demands for this role include the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, and to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying, and crawling in confined spaces. The position requires flexibility in work scheduling, including availability for evening, weekend, and holiday call duties. Candidates may need to work indoors and outdoors across various weather conditions and occasionally travel to assist other properties or attend training and meetings. Compensation varies based on factors including experience, skills, and location, with eligibility for bonus programs depending on the role type and company performance. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Capability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Occasional travel as required
  • Availability for "call" duties during non-standard hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
