Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
- ability to work overnight shifts from 11 pm to 7 am Monday through Friday
- strong organizational skills
- attention to detail
- ability to use Microsoft Office applications
- physical ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs
- able to stand, sit for long periods, walk and climb
- excellent communication skills
- ability to respond to emergency situations appropriately
- must be able to maintain confidentiality
- flexibility to work extended or overtime hours
- willingness to attend Board meetings
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- excellent customer service, communication and time management skills
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- command of information system hardware and software preferred
- good written and verbal communication skills
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to quickly and easily navigate the property and building
- physical ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs
- ability to stand and sit for long periods, walk and climb occasionally
- ability to handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages
- must be able to detect auditory and visual emergency alarms
- ability to work extended and flexible hours including weekends and attend Board meetings

- proficiency with computer peripherals, standard and customized software applications
Job Duties
- Provides exceptional customer service
- meets and greets residents
- checks guests and service providers in and out
- understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
- monitors and operates electronic security control systems
- accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms
- assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical work including Word and Excel document tasks
- walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
- monitors and controls access to the building
- resolves and follows up on complaints and issues, escalating to supervisor as necessary
- helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building and property
- completes all required forms accurately
- may be assigned other duties by supervisor
