Job Requirements

High school degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years in consumer-facing service such as retail, restaurant or hospitality
Ability to physically move quickly and sustain this pace for up to 5 hours with 100 percent of time on feet
Proficiency with computer and mobile apps, especially Apple iOS
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask
Availability to work flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer-facing service such as retail, restaurant or hospitality
Computer and mobile app literacy, particularly with Apple iOS apps
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Experience working in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

Be knowledgeable about all aspects of the bag-free shopping and home delivery service and communicate the benefits and procedures to customers
Provide an excellent customer experience through pick up, storage and delivery of purchased goods
Pick up items from mall stores with speed and accuracy, organize them at the consolidation center, and prepare them for delivery
Complete training programs and apply skills to provide excellent service and maximize sales
Develop familiarity with mobile technology used for notification of required pick-ups and deliveries
Be responsible for loss prevention of items
Ensure products remain new and undamaged throughout transactions
Track items at each step of the process using mobile technology
Maintain a professional appearance and keep work areas clean
Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions
Offer directions and answer general questions about the shopping center
Support other departments as requested
Participate in team meetings and help implement center projects
Complete necessary documentation related to the program
Act as a liaison to tenants about the program
Achieve assigned goals for timeliness and accuracy of pick-up and delivery
