LaSalle Network is currently hiring Concierge Front Desk Attendants to support luxury apartment communities across Chicago. These roles are ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, friendly, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This flexible, on-call opportunity is perfect whether you are an early bird, night owl, or somewhere in between, offering great scheduling adaptability. The primary responsibility of the Concierge Front Desk Attendant is to create a welcoming and secure environment for residents, guests, and vendors. This position suits those who take pride in maintaining an organized and professional front desk and lobby area while ensuring safety and efficient communication throughout the building.
This role offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in residential services and property management support without committing to a conventional 9-to-5 schedule. Duties include greeting residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism, monitoring building access and enforcing entry procedures, managing package deliveries, handling phone inquiries, relaying messages, and promptly reporting maintenance or safety issues. Candidates looking for supplemental income or those aiming to enter the property management field will find this position both rewarding and enriching.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred
- strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- ability to work one or more of the following shifts: morning 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., evening 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m., overnight 11:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
- reliable transportation and willingness to work at various apartment complexes throughout Chicago
- dependable, self-directed, and organized
