Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to read documents, computer screens, and data
  • Ability to hear and understand verbal communication in person and over phone
  • Ability to lift or carry items up to 15 pounds
  • Proficiency in operating computer, keyboard, mouse, and office equipment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Successful completion of background check

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent follow-up skills via email and phone
  • Experience with Yardi software a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Welcoming residents and prospective residents including after hours package pickup
  • Addressing resident inquiries and concerns
  • Updating communication logs on active buildings
  • Providing resources to residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors in a welcoming environment
  • Acquiring knowledge of the community and surrounding area
  • Marketing the property through social media posting, blogging, and internet presence
  • Maintaining positive resident relationships to ensure open and effective communication
  • Assisting with resident events and initiatives
  • Working as part of the site team to ensure sociable and pleasurable event environments
  • Managing inventory for community amenities
  • Proactive communication with management regarding issues or concerns
  • Maintaining work area presentation
