Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to read documents, computer screens, and data
- Ability to hear and understand verbal communication in person and over phone
- Ability to lift or carry items up to 15 pounds
- Proficiency in operating computer, keyboard, mouse, and office equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of background check
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Excellent follow-up skills via email and phone
- Experience with Yardi software a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
Job Duties
- Welcoming residents and prospective residents including after hours package pickup
- Addressing resident inquiries and concerns
- Updating communication logs on active buildings
- Providing resources to residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors in a welcoming environment
- Acquiring knowledge of the community and surrounding area
- Marketing the property through social media posting, blogging, and internet presence
- Maintaining positive resident relationships to ensure open and effective communication
- Assisting with resident events and initiatives
- Working as part of the site team to ensure sociable and pleasurable event environments
- Managing inventory for community amenities
- Proactive communication with management regarding issues or concerns
- Maintaining work area presentation
