Job Duties
- Provide positive first impression to all who enter the community
- answer and screen all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, routing calls and taking messages as appropriate
- greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- screen and require visitors to sign in at reception desk
- notify residents of visitors
- instruct resident's visitor according to resident's instructions
- receive and process incoming mail
- accept all outgoing mail/packages
- type, copy, order, and maintain inventory of office supplies, performing other clerical duties as assigned
- maintain and update emergency phone number log and keep log at front desk
- maintain and update emergency contact information on each resident and keep information at front desk
- assist managers with various clerical responsibilities
- page staff as necessary
- take RSVPs for special functions, as necessary
- oversee sign-up for scheduled transportation
- hand out maintenance requests forms and pass them onto environmental services director
- perform other duties as necessary, including light housekeeping duties
