Continuous learning through mandatory training ensures that Concierges remain knowledgeable and capable of anticipating evolving guest needs.
Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, superior organizational skills, and a detail-oriented approach to effectively manage the diverse responsibilities of this position. Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to the dynamic pace of the business is essential. Furthermore, the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
- Minimum two years experience as a concierge at a luxury resort or residential property preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Availability to work all shifts and flexible schedule
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
- Ability to handle stressful and high pressure situations
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality regarding guests and staff
