Job Description

StuartCo, founded in 1970, represents a diverse array of market-rate and affordable apartment and townhome options in popular urban and suburban locations. StuartCo is focused on building a workforce that is diverse and inclusive. The Lakes Residences, a boutique collection of Minneapolis luxury apartment residences situated on West Lake Street among the heart of the Lake Bde Maka Ska Landscape, is seeking a professional full-time concierge to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. As the Concierge, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service. This team member is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, and has a professional appearance and attitude. Working Hours: Typically, FT40, Monday - Wednesday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, Thursday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Property office hours may vary from property to property.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required
6 months of related work experience required
Customer service-related work experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Windows computer environment
Basic knowledge of office procedures, including filing
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Able to work with frequent interruptions
Willing to learn and utilize new technology
Customer service orientation
Implement and adhere to organizational policies and procedures
Appropriately maintain financial and other Company confidential information.
