Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers ensuring organizational objectives are met and individuals feel valued
- Monitor front desk activity and maintain community security procedures
- Accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify the resident recipient
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
- Communicate effectively with department leaders and team members
