Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Must be dependable
  • Must be flexible with scheduling needs
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Part-time availability

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage
  • Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately
  • Keep difficult situations from escalating
  • Monitor front desk activity and maintain community security procedures
  • Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages, and notify the resident recipient of delivery
  • Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
  • Communicate effectively with department leaders and team members
  • Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
