Currently, The Delaney at Lake Waco is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Concierge position. This role is pivotal as the Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers. The position requires a warm and professional demeanor coupled with excellent communication skills to ensure that everyone who walks through the doors feels welcomed and valued. The Concierge is responsible for a variety of tasks including providing ongoing telephone coverage, managing front desk activities, monitoring community security procedures, and facilitating smooth communication among various departments. Additional responsibilities include handling delivery packages, preparing maintenance work orders, and supporting the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments.

This part-time role is flexible in scheduling but requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate the needs of the community.
