Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- dependability and professionalism
- excellent telephone communication skills
- basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met as well as the individuals feel served appropriately
- keep difficult situations from escalating
- monitor front desk activity and maintain community security procedures
- accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages, and notify the resident recipient of delivery
- prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
- communicate effectively with department leaders and team members
- work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
