The position demands excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle diverse situations with poise and professionalism, ensuring that both the community’s objectives and individuals’ needs are met satisfactorily.

The Concierge's duties include managing telephone coverage, addressing and resolving issues presented by various stakeholders in a way that prevents escalation, and maintaining thorough documentation of deliveries while ensuring residents are promptly notified. In addition, the Concierge oversees front desk activities, upholds community security procedures, and supports the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments. Communication with department leaders and team members is key to ensuring smooth daily operations. The role requires dependability, flexibility, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to maintain consistent coverage and support.

This position starts at a salary of $14 per hour and offers flexibility that can accommodate various scheduling needs.
