We are currently seeking a part-time Concierge for the day shift to join our team. This role is vital as the Concierge serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and potential residents entering The Plaza community. The position offers a starting pay rate of $17.00 per hour, making it a great opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and hospitality. The Concierge will be responsible for greeting residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism, managing both internal and external communications, and providing detailed information about the community to assist marketing and sales efforts. This role requires excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently to ensure that visitors and residents receive outstanding service. Additionally, the Concierge will monitor the bistro area to ensure that refreshments and music meet The Plaza’s standards and that the space remains clean and inviting. The successful candidate will also perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, data entry, and message taking, which are essential to maintaining smooth office operations.
