Positioned as a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $25, the Concierge role is a critical component of the center’s commitment to exceptional service. This position involves managing incoming communications seamlessly and providing valuable assistance and information to residents, staff, visitors, and vendors alike.   • Current and active GNA license in Maryland strongly preferred
  • previous experience in customer service-related field required
  • experience in healthcare setting required

  • ability to manage multiple demands
  • ability to take initiative to resolve problems

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors
  • performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned

  • managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
