The role of Concierge at Belmont Village Senior Living is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and welcoming atmosphere of the community. As the first point of contact for residents, family members, vendors, and guests, the Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This position demands a warm, empathetic, and reliable professional who excels in managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Located primarily in a PRN role with scheduled Saturday shifts from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm and additional shifts as needed, the Concierge contributes to creating a safe and inviting community where seniors can thrive. Job Requirements

- Proven experience with a multi-line phone system with demonstrated professional phone etiquette
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
- Address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity
- Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate
- Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication
- Monitor community access by ensuring proper use of the kiosk sign-in process and respond to emergency situations according to company policy and procedure
- Schedule resident transportation, coordinate resident trips, manage event and guest meal reservations, and assist with event setup as needed
- Record maintenance work order requests through an electronic record system
- Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and preserve first appearance impressions
- Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction
