Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three or more years of concierge, hospitality, or service-related experience
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to engage professionally with diverse guests and VIPs
  • Energetic and self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced settings
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to walk stairs and remain mobile during events
  • Comfort using radios and communicating quickly in real-time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three or more years of concierge, hospitality, or service-related experience focusing on customer service
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively within a team
  • People-first approach with professional and confident engagement with guests and VIPs
  • Energetic, positive, self-motivated with high professionalism and diplomacy
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced, high-energy environments

Job Duties

  • Ensure all guests are greeted upon arrival and first impression standards are met
  • Promote personal guest relations and ensure Premium Seat clients receive consistently high service and quality
  • Learn and understand FedExForum layout and direct guests to proper areas
  • Service and fulfill individual guest requests promptly and with care
  • Respond to inquiries, suggestions, and concerns from guests
  • Interact with Executive Suite and Club Box guests to address concerns and gather suggestions
  • Advise and follow up with maintenance, housekeeping, security on reported problems
  • Operate and manage concierge desk answering guests' calls, questions, ticket checks and radio communication
  • Provide management with activity recaps at shift end
  • Participate in special events and promotional activities for Premium Seat clients
  • Supervise and maintain concierge station during scheduled events
  • Accept additional event responsibilities including liaising with partners and attending briefings
  • Maintain a positive, professional, guest-first presence at all times
