Job Duties

  • Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Manage front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling, and administrative tasks
  • Provide information and assistance regarding community services and events
  • Coordinate and facilitate resident requests and special services
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at the front desk
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional resident experiences
  • Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
