This position is well-suited for those seeking consistent evening and weekend hours, offering the flexibility of full-time or part-time schedules with approximately 22 hours per week. The hourly pay ranges between $17 and $20, commensurate with experience.
As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, their families, and guests, playing a critical role in creating a positive and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors warmly and professionally, answering phone inquiries during after-hours, and monitoring the front desk and building entrances to ensure safety and security. Attentiveness and the ability to maintain a tranquil atmosphere during less busy periods are essential to this role.
Additionally, you will provide support to residents as needed, promptly communicating any concerns to the on-call staff.
