The Concierge/Receptionist position at Meridian Senior Living is a vital role responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for residents, visitors, family members, and staff. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience answering telephones or in customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
  • Honesty, fairness, and dependability
  • Respect for confidentiality and privacy
  • Ability to follow Meridian policies and procedures
  • Must pass health screenings and background checks

Job Duties
