This position is responsible for answering phones and directing calls to appropriate individuals, providing essential community information such as addresses, directions, fax numbers, and website details. Receptionists greet and assist visitors, manage incoming mail and its proper distribution, and coordinate express mail services including FedEx and UPS deliveries. Beyond administrative tasks, this role also involves resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and effective manner, contributing significantly to the positive experience of both residents and visitors.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Basic computer proficiency
- Dependability and professionalism
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties
- Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
- Provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
- Greets and directs visitors to the community
- Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Resolves customer questions and concerns
