We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team at The Amberleigh. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and callers, presenting an opportunity to shape the welcoming culture of our community. The Receptionist embodies professionalism and warmth, efficiently managing communication and correspondence, as well as offering essential information about the community to callers and guests.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and cares deeply about seniors’ needs. This position offers a competitive wage of $16.26 per hour and comes with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life/disability insurance, along with a 401k plan featuring a company match. Additional benefits include paid training, an Employee Assistance Program, and paid time off available after 90 days.

As a Receptionist at The Amberleigh, you will answer telephone calls, direct callers to the appropriate departments or individuals, greet and assist visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and express services like FedEx and UPS. You will also play a crucial role in addressing and resolving customer questions and concerns, ensuring every interaction reflects the community’s commitment to quality and care.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
