As a Concierge at FS Residential, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming and secure atmosphere for residents, guests, and service providers within our residential properties. This full-time, exempt position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.00 and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, time off benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company match. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact, delivering outstanding customer service and monitoring building access to maintain safety and order.
Your daily responsibilities will include greeting residents, checking in visitors and service providers, and effectively managing emergency response and access control procedures. You will be responsible for operating electronic security systems, maintaining accurate logs, records, and forms, and providing administrative support with clerical and documentation tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel. Regular walkthroughs of the property to monitor premises and maintain a safe environment are also an essential part of this role.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
- ability to multitask effectively
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- physical ability to lift 30 - 50 pounds
- ability to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb for extended periods
- ability to detect emergency alarms
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to handle administrative clerical work
- willingness to follow safety and security procedures
- must be able to complete required documentation accurately

Job Duties
