Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
- ability to multitask effectively
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- physical ability to lift 30 - 50 pounds
- ability to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb for extended periods
- ability to detect emergency alarms
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to handle administrative clerical work
- willingness to follow safety and security procedures
- must be able to complete required documentation accurately
- occasional overtime availability
- able to work in a secure environment
- ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

- ability to handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages
- able to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
- ability to work extended and flexible hours including weekends
- willingness to attend board meetings
- able to work on a personal computer for extended periods
- able to navigate the property/building quickly and easily
Job Duties
- Provides exceptional customer service
- meets and greets residents
- checks guests and service providers in/out
- understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
- monitors and operates electronic security control systems
- maintains daily logs, records and forms
- assists with general concierge services
- performs administrative clerical work including Word and Excel document processing
- walks the building premises for monitoring purposes
- monitors and controls access to the building
- resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues, escalating as necessary
- helps maintain a safe and secure environment
- completes all required forms accurately
- may perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
