The position involves providing essential general office support duties within JLL’s commercial real estate environment, focusing on customer service, security, and administrative support. The Receptionist plays a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression by greeting customers, guests, and employees, answering and directing incoming calls promptly, and managing mail and correspondence efficiently. The job also includes handling visitor security badges, assisting with facility programs, supporting facility management with clerical tasks, and maintaining an organized and safe workspace.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of facility or property administration experience in commercial real estate
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database software
- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment operation
- Physical ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of proven work experience in facility/property administration in the commercial real estate industry
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Mapping, and database software
- Working knowledge of audiovisual equipment in conference rooms
- Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary
- Some college coursework in business, hospitality, or property management is desirable
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, verbal and written, is highly desirable
Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate associates
- Distribute mail and manage flow of correspondence
- Greet customers, guests, and employees to create a positive first impression
- Provide necessary information, direction, and assistance to visitors and employees
- Issue security badges for visitors and employees
- Manage and coordinate mail and courier services, including pick-up and delivery
- Support the Facility Manager and Facility Coordinator with clerical matters
- Respond to basic client and general enquiries and escalate complex queries appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Comply with all JLL and client facility policies and procedures
