We are currently seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding resident and guest experience by serving as the primary point of contact within the community. The Concierge is responsible for greeting residents and visitors warmly, providing accurate information about the property, and assisting with a wide range of general and personalized requests. This includes handling administrative tasks such as mail processing, reservations, and managing maintenance work orders, as well as coordinating transportation, valet services, and various personal errands for residents. The Concierge will also support the community’s marketing efforts by engaging positively with prospective residents and visitors during tours and interactions.
This position requires an individual with a genuine concern for the physical and emotional needs of older adults, coupled with excellent communication skills and professionalism. The Concierge supports safety and security standards while fostering a team-oriented workplace. A high school education is required, along with a minimum of two years of related experience, preferably in a hospitality or customer-focused setting. Proficiency with office equipment and software is necessary to maintain high-performance standards.

From answering phones and processing mail to assisting in emergency response and maintaining the reception area, your efforts will ensure that every interaction meets or exceeds our Concierge Service Standards of Excellence. You will be expected to anticipate and respond to resident and visitor needs promptly and courteously, delivering personalized services such as dining reservations, event bookings, and local information requests.

Job Requirements
- High school education required
- Minimum two years of experience in a related position preferably in hospitality
- Ability to add, subtract, and multiply
- Excellent communication skills including active listening
- Ability to speak, write, and read English
- Proficiency in basic office equipment and personal computers
- Proficient in office software
- Able to perform physical job requirements
- Ability to pass health screening including chest x-ray or intradermal test
- Displays sincere compassion towards older adults
- Ability to work in well-lighted, safe environment with comfortable ventilation
- Must pass criminal record clearance prior to employment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors
- Greet residents and visitors and provide accurate property information
- Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests
- Arrange property tours for prospective residents and visitors
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and relay messages professionally
- Maintain knowledge of property services, programs, and pertinent information
- Handle mail meter, stamps, making copies, and business center requests
- Process and sort incoming mail without opening
- Complete all opening and closing duties
- Take reservations accurately for dining rooms, activities, and transportation
- Record and deliver maintenance work order requests timely
- Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond immediately
- Maintain Resident Notice Binder
- Arrange parking and retrieval of valet cars
- Fulfill personal concierge requests such as restaurant reservations and internet research
- Maintain a neat and orderly reception area
- Ensure signage is accurate and clean
- Perform clerical duties as directed
- Update and assemble marketing packets
- Respond to residents’ concerns and notify appropriate personnel
- Support marketing efforts through positive interaction
- Communicate observed or suspected resident condition changes
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Encourage teamwork
- Support a positive and professional image
- Perform other related duties as assigned
