Job Requirements

  • High school education required
  • Minimum two years of experience in a related position preferably in hospitality
  • Ability to add, subtract, and multiply
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • Ability to speak, write, and read English
  • Proficiency in basic office equipment and personal computers
  • Proficient in office software
  • Able to perform physical job requirements
  • Ability to pass health screening including chest x-ray or intradermal test
  • Displays sincere compassion towards older adults
  • Ability to work in well-lighted, safe environment with comfortable ventilation
  • Must pass criminal record clearance prior to employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school education
  • Minimum two years of related experience preferably in hospitality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in basic office equipment including personal computer
  • Skilled in using office software
  • Ability to respond promptly and professionally to emergencies
  • Strong interpersonal skills with genuine compassion for older adults
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Capable of working collaboratively within a team

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors
  • Greet residents and visitors and provide accurate property information
  • Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests
  • Arrange property tours for prospective residents and visitors
  • Answer telephones, direct calls, and relay messages professionally
  • Maintain knowledge of property services, programs, and pertinent information
  • Handle mail meter, stamps, making copies, and business center requests
  • Process and sort incoming mail without opening
  • Complete all opening and closing duties
  • Take reservations accurately for dining rooms, activities, and transportation
  • Record and deliver maintenance work order requests timely
  • Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond immediately
  • Maintain Resident Notice Binder
  • Arrange parking and retrieval of valet cars
  • Fulfill personal concierge requests such as restaurant reservations and internet research
  • Maintain a neat and orderly reception area
  • Ensure signage is accurate and clean
  • Perform clerical duties as directed
  • Update and assemble marketing packets
  • Respond to residents’ concerns and notify appropriate personnel
  • Support marketing efforts through positive interaction
  • Communicate observed or suspected resident condition changes
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Encourage teamwork
  • Support a positive and professional image
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
