The Concierge role, specifically for the second shift, is a vital position within Textron Aviation’s Product Support team based in Wichita, Kansas. The Concierge acts as a primary contact and dedicated resource for customers, ensuring that every aspect of their visit is handled with personalized care and meticulous attention to detail. This role involves managing customer needs with a broad range of responsibilities, from arranging hotel, transportation, and meal reservations to providing local information about attractions, dining, and events. The Concierge’s presence is integral to creating a welcoming environment, coordinating customer requirements, and enhancing the overall experience through smooth visitor and flight management.

In this capacity, the Concierge is entrusted with maintaining a clean and organized customer business center, managing refreshments, greeting customers warmly, and ensuring access to workspaces and internet facilities. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Additionally, the Concierge will oversee visitor sign-ins, handle badges, courtesy car management, flight tracking, and maintain accurate records using tools like Salesforce. Financial duties include processing purchase orders and payments, highlighting the need for keen organizational and administrative capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of customer experience or related administrative experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge if required
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal
  • Ability to operate multiline telephone
  • Maintain a professional demeanor
  • Good interpersonal skills
