Currently, Integral Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join their team. The Concierge plays an essential role as the initial point of contact for residents, visitors, and employees. This position involves greeting guests warmly, managing external and internal calls, taking detailed and accurate messages, and providing general information. The role requires a balance of excellent communication skills and organization to maintain a neat, welcoming front desk and entry area.
The Concierge is also responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks such as updating resident contact lists, managing appointments for residents and their families, preparing meal tickets, distributing mail, and keeping logs for guests and residents. This multifaceted role demands attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining adherence to company personnel and operating policies to support the community's smooth functioning.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One to three years customer service experience and/or training

Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- Greets residents and visitors
- Answers inquiries and gives directions
- Collates brochures for the marketing department
- Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members and tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff
- Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily
- Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
- Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.
- Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators
- Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
