Job Duties
- greet and assist residents and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- respond to inquiries and provide information about the senior living community
- coordinate and manage incoming communications including phone calls and messages
- monitor the community entrance and ensure security protocols are followed
- schedule appointments and facilitate resident services as needed
- collaborate with staff to support resident activities and community events
- maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment
