This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and seamless operation of the community, acting as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. The Concierge role requires a compassionate individual who is not only capable of delivering high-level customer service but who also upholds the core principles and values that define the welcoming atmosphere of the community. The work schedule is part-time with varying shifts, including Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 7 pm, and every other weekend covering Saturday and Sunday from 7 am to 7 pm, encompassing weekend and holiday availability. This flexibility is essential to meet the dynamic needs of a senior living environment.\n\nThe Concierge will play a vital role in supporting the Executive Director and the wider sales office by managing incoming calls, assisting with social media efforts, maintaining a clean and professional office environment, and responding promptly to questions and concerns. Beyond administrative duties, this role also involves community engagement through social media support and participation in special projects that enhance the living experience. Job Duties
- Provide high-level customer service for greeting and supporting all visitors and clients
- Assist with social media
- Answer incoming calls and route as appropriate
- Support and assist with sales office matters as directed by the Executive Director
- Act as customer service contact for questions and concerns
- Ensure a clean and presentable office space at all times
- Assist with all special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
