Ridgewood by Heritage Communities is currently seeking a dedicated Concierge to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day operations and creating an inviting atmosphere for residents, visitors, and staff. As a Concierge at Ridgewood, you will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, managing phone communications efficiently, and providing integral administrative support to the business office. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining the reception area to ensure it remains clean, professional, and welcoming. Your contributions will support community readiness, especially during inspections, by maintaining accurate documentation and upholding compliance with safety policies and emergency preparedness.

Job Requirements

prior experience in a concierge or administrative support role preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
proficiency with office equipment such as fax machines and scanners

Job Duties

Greeting and directing visitors
managing all incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person or department
providing comprehensive administrative support to the business office including mail and delivery management, faxing, scanning, and preparing training materials and schedules
maintaining the reception area to ensure it is always clean, tidy, and welcoming for all residents, visitors, and associates
assisting with community readiness for inspections by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and emergency preparedness
building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members
