The position available is for a Concierge Attendant at Marriott Research Triangle Park, a property dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. Marriott Research Triangle Park is recognized for its commitment to creating memorable and hassle-free stays, emphasizing personalized service and attention to guest needs. This role is a part-time position with a schedule from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM, paying $17 per hour. The Concierge Attendant will act as a crucial point of contact for guests accessing the concierge, offering assistance, guidance, and support to enhance their stay.

As a Concierge Attendant, the individual will be responsible for greeting guests and assisting them with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. This role involves taking drink orders, serving light appetizers, ensuring the concierge is well-stocked, and providing insider knowledge about the local area to enhance guest experiences. The position requires a professional, personable, and customer-focused attitude to handle guest concerns, resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach, and elevate guest satisfaction scores.
