Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests by providing information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Offer guests insider knowledge on local attractions and places to visit
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and find satisfactory solutions
- Take drink orders and serve light appetizers at the concierge
- Ensure the concierge area is stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain awareness of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them
