- Previous front desk experience
- Ability to operate multi-line telephone system
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask

Job Duties
- Operate telephone and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
- General clerical responsibilities
- Greet and direct families and tours
- Assist department managers as needed
- Problem solve and meet the needs of residents and family members
- Build relationships with residents and their family members
- Ensure resident safety and confidentiality
- Perform light housekeeping duties including dusting and vacuuming main common areas
