Job Description
Frontier Senior Living is a premier provider of senior living communities across the United States, known for delivering superior service and creating quality lifestyles tailored to the unique needs of each resident. With a robust portfolio that spans the country, Frontier Senior Living is deeply committed to an enriched and meaningful experience not only for its residents but also for its team members and community partners. This commitment embodies the Frontier Difference, where compassion, respect, and personalized care set the foundation for every community they serve. One of their distinguished communities, Washington Gardens Memory Care, located in Tigard, OR, is currently seeking a dedicated Concierge to join their team. This community specializes in providing expert care and a supportive environment for residents dealing with memory care needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing setting that promotes dignity and independence.
The Concierge role at Washington Gardens Memory Care is a vital position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the community's front office and serving as a warm and welcoming presence for residents, visitors, and staff alike. The position operates primarily on the Tuesday to Sunday day shift schedule, making weekend availability essential. The Concierge plays a critical role in delivering a high level of compassionate customer service as they greet all visitors warmly and address any questions or concerns that arise throughout the day. In addition to managing front desk operations—including answering and routing phone calls efficiently—the Concierge supports the sales office functions by assisting the Executive Director with various administrative tasks and social media activities. Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable office space, contributing to the overall professionalism and welcoming atmosphere of the community. Frontier Senior Living values team members who exhibit professionalism, exceptional communication skills, and a willingness to contribute to special projects as needed. By joining Washington Gardens Memory Care, the Concierge is not just taking on an administrative position but embracing a role that enhances the quality of life for seniors, supporting the community's mission to enrich and improve each resident’s daily experience while fostering a supportive and respectful work environment for colleagues.
