The Concierge position at Provincial Senior Living is a vital role that directly impacts the day-to-day experience of residents, guests, and staff in the community. This position is responsible for managing front desk activities including greeting guests and residents warmly, handling both external and internal phone calls, taking and distributing messages accurately, and providing general information to all. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of the community by managing visitor access, coordinating appointments, and supporting various administrative duties such as updating resident directories and distributing mail. This part-time role primarily covers weekend shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays with occasional weekday coverage as needed. The Concierge acts as the face of the community, ensuring all visitors receive friendly and efficient service while assisting residents and team members with their inquiries and requests.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One to three years customer service experience and/or training

Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- Greets residents and visitors
- answers inquiries and gives directions
- Collates brochures for the marketing department
- Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members
- tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff
- Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily
- Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
- Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc
- Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators
- Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
