The role of Concierge at Belmont Village Senior Living is fundamental to delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality within their communities. As the initial point of contact for residents, family members, vendors, and guests, the Concierge plays a critical role in shaping first impressions and fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This position requires a dynamic individual who is reliable, empathetic, and dedicated to promoting a safe and supportive environment. Daily responsibilities span greeting residents and visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries with professionalism and discretion, and coordinating package distribution. The Concierge collaborates closely with different departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient community operations.
Additionally, the Concierge supports administrative tasks such as scheduling transportation and event reservations, managing guest meals, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance requests. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience with a multi-line phone system
- demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications
- must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly
- manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
- address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity
- log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate
- collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication
- monitor community access by ensuring proper use of the kiosk sign-in process and respond to emergency situations according to company policy and procedure
- schedule resident transportation, coordinate resident trips, manage event and guest meal reservations, and assist with event setup as needed
- record maintenance work order requests through an electronic record system
- maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and preserve first appearance impressions
- make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction
