The Concierge role at Belmont Village Senior Living serves as the initial point of contact for residents, family members, vendors, and guests visiting the community. The primary objective of the Concierge is to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality by providing reliable and timely information, supporting administrative tasks, and helping maintain a welcoming and safe environment. Additionally, the Concierge is responsible for scheduling resident transportation, managing event and guest meal reservations, assisting with event setups, maintaining organized workspaces, and logging maintenance requests through an electronic system. The Concierge position is pivotal in creating a positive first impression and promoting resident satisfaction by prioritizing hospitality and customer service in every interaction.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and involves proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to perform job-related tasks efficiently. Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly
  • Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
  • Address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity
  • Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication
  • Monitor community access by ensuring proper use of the kiosk sign-in process and respond to emergency situations according to company policy and procedure
  • Schedule resident transportation, coordinate resident trips, manage event and guest meal reservations, and assist with event setup as needed
