Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience as a concierge in a luxury resort or residential property preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Available to work all shifts with flexible schedule
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be well-groomed and professional
- Ability to work well within a team and under pressure
- Positive 'whatever it takes' attitude
- Proficient in English
- Additional foreign language skills a plus
- Ability to use relevant reservation and management systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Commitment to uphold Wynn standards of service and ethics
Job Qualifications
- Two years prior experience as a concierge at a luxury resort or residential property preferred
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in high-stress situations
- Positive and resourceful attitude toward exceeding guest expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English, additional foreign languages a plus
- Familiarity with ALICE, 7Rooms, HotSOS, Archtics, Opera, and Open Tee systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to type at least 30 WPM
- Knowledge of Wynn|Encore resort services, Las Vegas local attractions, and events
- Membership in concierge associations preferred
- Notary Public in Nevada preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide personalized concierge services including restaurant reservations, show tickets, transportation, shopping, spa & salon services, golf, amenity and courier requests
- Maintain Forbes 5 Star standards in all guest interactions
- Resolve guest issues within limits of authority
- Promote hotel facilities and services while ensuring adherence to Wynn standards
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and pristine workplace conditions
- Cultivate relationships and network with local establishments to fulfill guest requests
- Attend training classes and incorporate knowledge into work practices
