The Concierge role at RKW Residential is a vital position designed to serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and community building within a property management context. Serving directly under the Leasing Manager or Property Manager, the Concierge is responsible for greeting residents and guests warmly, managing inquiries and requests effectively, and coordinating essential services such as maintenance and package delivery. This role requires a professional who excels in communication, multitasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The Concierge plays a key role in creating a positive atmosphere by organizing community events, maintaining common areas, and supporting safety and security efforts on the property. They also handle important administrative tasks, including recording resident interactions and preparing service reports. This dynamic role demands a candidate with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional service. The job is classified as non-exempt under FLSA guidelines, involving both sitting and moving around the property, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Ideal candidates will have some background in hospitality, customer service, or property management and be comfortable using property management software such as RealPage or Yardi. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
  • ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel regularly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associate's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
  • ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software such as RealPage or Yardi is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests warmly, providing assistance with inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner

  • liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
