The Concierge role at Clarendale Six Corners is a full-time position scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a starting pay of $18.50 per hour. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional first impression as the initial point of contact for residents, visitors, prospective employees, vendors, and service providers. The Concierge is responsible for greeting and assisting these individuals warmly and professionally every day. Beyond welcoming guests, the Concierge manages important communication and logistical tasks such as answering phone calls, handling package deliveries, preparing maintenance work orders, and supporting business office projects. This role requires someone who has a natural flair for hospitality and excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, to resolve queries amicably while ensuring organizational goals are met. Job Duties

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage
  • solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately
  • keep difficult situations from escalating
  • accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident recipient of delivery
  • prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
